Green Beans Sabzi

Green beans 500 gm
Onion 1 big
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric pw 1/2 tsp
Coriander pw 1 tsp
Red chili pw 1 tsp
Cumin seeds/jeera 1tsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Oil 2 tbsp

1. Wash and cut the beans into 1 inch pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan/kadhai and add cumin seeds,asafoetida.When it start to crackle add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
3. Add beans,salt and all other masalas.Mix the ingredients properly and cover it to cook till the beans are done.
4. Serve it with chapatis or parathas.
